And pot, no haven't tried it yet. But don't think I will too. I think no one will really want to move to Ubuntu if they have Windows (XP or 7, not Vistshit!). Because unless you REALLY are sick of viruses, why would you bother installing an OS which you will have to learn to use properly and find programs to work with unless you REALLY want to learn how to use it?
I see yur point there, but there are lots of pros in using ubuntu besides avoiding viruses. And regardless, it seems as though quite a bit of work is involved in getting 7 to work just right (not to mention that its the 64bit ULTIMATE
edition you like, my guess is the standard editions aren't worth piss!).. the ONLY thing I had to learn for ubuntu was a few commands.. and looking for software, you have no idea how easy it is with ubuntu if you haven't tried it.
When all's said and done, at least its not a mac....
