You need to get out more...
Both are Japanese. Go find any Teriyaki joint, they will be on the menu.

Yakisoba are noodles (slightly tasting like teriyaki sauce). With stir fried veggies and meat.

Tonkatsu is pork tenderloins coated in Panko bread crumbs (don't ask me "wtf are panko"... they are bread crumbs...) and they are skillet fried and served with Bulldog sauce. (i made my own sauce with ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic, and red pepper)

Try it, it's tasty. Taste outside the box a little.

omg is that bacon and bleu cheese?!? my first thought was popcorn, but it almost looks like cheese crumbles.

I got a friend that is a chef in a restaurant and they have this salad with melted bleu cheese and bacon bits... NOM NOM NOM!!!!!!
