Ninja, I've already done some changing of my diet and I can already tell that it's helping. I'm starting to feel a lot better and I've lost some weight.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I'm going to try and keep posting in here just to kinda keep track of my progress and hopefully seeing it will help keep me motivated to keep going.

Till goal #1: 6lbs

Well, good news is I've maintained my current weight (which is something I rarely do) and I was able to up my cardio today by a half mile. Bad news: I'm still at 6 lbs till my goal.

I think that's heroin.

I'll address you both since I'm here.

1. Crackheads are skinny. Srsly nigs don't watch cops? Never been to Inglewood? With the exception of Artie Lange, I have never seen a crackhead/cokewhore who's in any shape or form FAAAAAAAT {and I have seen a lot of 'em}
2. Heroin making you skinny <---- Silliest thing I ever did hear.

i think his weight was more due to the fact that he hadn't left his house in like 2 months when he died and was starving to death without realizing it.

that must have been one serious month though. lol.

na he aparantly went to some pub pretty regularly, and it was only after not turning up for two weeks they got sus. about him that they went looking. found him dead 2weeks after he died. *wikipedias...

Quote:
On April 19, 2002, an unidentified person placed a call with 911 to say "she hadn't heard from… [Staley] in about two weeks."[29] Staley was found dead in his home after his mother and stepfather went to his condo with the police.[7] As reported by Rick Anderson of the Seattle Weekly, his body was surrounded by various drug possessions and paraphernalia: "When police kicked in the door to Layne Staley's University District apartment on April 20, there, on a couch, lit by a flickering TV, next to several spray-paint cans on the floor, not far from a small stash of cocaine, near two crack pipes on the coffee table, reposed the remains of the rock musician." The article also stated that the 6'1" Staley weighed just 86 pounds when his body was discovered.[30] The autopsy report later concluded that Staley had died after injecting a mixture of heroin and cocaine known as a "speedball". The King County Coroner's Office estimated Staley to have died on April 5, 2002, meaning Staley's body was not discovered for two weeks.

also 86pounds = 39kg. thats a bmi of 11.3 (yeah i know thats faggotry and bull, but that's wayyyyy unhealthy).

end of day, cocaine was involved anyways so my arguing about heroin being an anoxerics friend is out.

Augh. Super frustrated. Still staying at the same weight, but starting to feel healthy again. So that's a plus right?

yes ma'am. eating right gets you energized, all that. when you're feeling healthier, more energetic is when you'll start to achieve more of your goals. it's all a long slow drawn out process and it's not necesarily about the whole "i must lose this many lbs" but more how you feel and how you feel about your body

Foxy dont go off so much as the number on the scale but go off of how you feel. You may be one of those women that lose inches before the scale moves.

Hang in there girl

seriously. shut the fuck up about weight.

it means zero. it's all about how you look. is your waist shrinking down but keeping hourglass? then perfect.

OK Mzz, before you jump down my throat about weight, can I please explain something?

By nature, I'm a very tiny woman. However, that being said, when I was in the best shape of my life going between swimming, working as a camp councelor, wakeboarding, and snowboarding, my weight would fluctuate by about 30 lbs. (The amount of muscle I would pack on during swim season was ridiculous.) Because of the huge fluctuation I fully understand that numbers really AREN'T important, it is how I feel. However, I do have a wide range of numbers that I would like to be in because of what I was at when I was at my healthiest.

As for the hourglass, well, I doubt that's gonna go away any time soon. I've always had one and even know it's still pretty much there even though I've *ahem* filled out a bit.

We don't, and it's not gonna happen. If there's one thing I'm thankful for, it's the fact that I don't have to work to get curves. They're just there.

Umm.... nothing visible yet but I'm feeling much healthier these days and my pants are all starting to loosen up. YAY! Also, I fit my corset much better now than I did when I first bought it.

Yeah, I've got a super cute pair of pants I got from my roommate that are still just a tad too small so I'm super excited to be able to fit into them.

I was, but that's how much I put on after leaving the job that had me running and lifting for 12 hours a day and getting a job sitting for 24 hours a day. I've got some work to do.
