so i'm the unfittest i've ever been in my life.
it's the start of touch season, and although the team i play in is preeeety social (like we play to win but to be fair there's only me and two other dudes who are up to it skillwise and i'm the only one who knows anything about touch lol), I died the first two games. If you don't know, touch rugby is a very anaerobic based game, and that's normally what i'm good at.
anyway, despite playing rugby this year, and being in a winning team ra fuckin ra, i'm super unfit. i was inbetween teams, not quite good enough for the prem team but probably a bit too good for my team, which meant that i haven't done as much fitness work this year, and on top of the whole being at uni, drinking more, eating shit food, and having a stupid schedule, it's added up that i'm not happy with where i'm at.
on top of that, i'm too light to be playing prem grade rugby which ideally i would like to play next year. so on top of getting fit again, goal is to get up to between 185-190lbs (83-85or sokg). So... i'm in exams and other commitments up until the 10th of november, but after that, hitting the gym, going running, doin gutbusters. see you on the other side
