Does any one have a Jared the fucking-Subway-guy success story?

Mine was losing 90lbs in just under a year. As a gift, I received a digital scale that gave body fat percentage measured by electrodes in the base.

I took walks on my breaks at work and played a lot of DDR...

And to Nammy. Most people don't need to diet to lose weight. They just need to eat correct portions 4-5 times a day spaced every few hours rather than 2 - 3 large meals.
Eating the smaller portions continously keeps metabolism working around the clock. The other thing most people do wrong is doing cardio after work or around lunch after you have had meals in you.

The best time is first thing in the morning when you wake up and have taken in NO calories. You do 30 - 45 mins of cardio and its 100% fat burning because you have no calories to burn off first.

Another side tip if you are working out in combination with trying to lose weight is to drink some sort of protein shake with casein protein. While you are sleeping you are digesting. Normal digestion would only take 2 hours so after that if you sleep normal 8 hours you have 6 hours where your stomach would start breaking down muscle since its out of protein and food from your stomach. Add casein protein and its slow your digestion by another 5 - 6 hours.
