I was drunk last night and I sprained my ankle, so I'm not sprinting. Plus, I just had a whole bag of doritos, a bowl of pasta and icecream for breakfast. I'll prob stay fat.

yeah. i couldn't handle that :( i've never had a serious injury ever. supposedly i got concussed once, and i bruised some ligaments in my foot once, but nothing that's prevented me from doing exercise. i really and truly feel for ya dude

Thats what I loved most about swimming. I got rocked to hell with injuries but since I was in the water it never prevented me from working out and rocking my races. Unfortunately thats what led to me having permanent injuries...

I hate cheating.

But I've heard enough guys tell me this works that I am just like fuck it...I'll pass it along.

I doubt it would work for thin guys, but anyone with 20+% bodyfat will probably succeed since all it really does it burn off everything by kicking your metabolism into overdrive.

Fuck that shit. I mean, I drink water with acai in it, but that's it. Fuck cheating. That makes it WAY too easy to go back into old habits. And I kinda want this healthy business to stick around.

P.S. Just realized that my metabolism is slowly getting back to where it was because I haven't been to the gym in....oh... a month, but maintained the weight I was at. Haven't lost any but haven't gained any either. Most importantly, I feel pretty good. YAY!!!

I've been getting on my boyfriends ass lately ever since I started losing weight and gaining muscle.

Part of the reason is because he wants to be a cop... and playing Xbox all day and eating Burger King isn't going to get him there... then there's the fact that I've been working my ass off for the past 6 months getting in shape, and he gets the reap the benefits of having a smaller girlfriend...

And it is a big difference then when we first started dating, I was up to 205 when we started, now I'm 150, apparently I feel completely different....

Having married a woman who went from 150 to 270 I can tell you with absolute certainty that you definitely feel different at 150 than you do at 205, less mushy.
